This drawer dishwasher concept prioritizes true universal design. Its top-loading drawer mechanism allows for effortless access without bending, significantly improving ergonomics for all users. This design is especially beneficial for visually impaired individuals and domestic robots with limited arm flexibility.

To further enhance accessibility, the UI was optimized for non-visual users, featuring a minimalist button layout with integrated Braille. The product is designed as a beautiful interior piece that fits seamlessly into any kitchen, making it an attractive and functional solution for everyone.

In this fast-paced introductory project, we began by identifying key pain points to establish a foundational concept frame. Through collaborative ideation and sketching workshops, we generated a range of ideas, testing the most promising ones directly in VR. Finally, we used storytelling to weave together the user, the system, and their relationship, forming a cohesive concept for Electrolux's future vision of home appliances.
